イベント参加規約
本規約は、みらいジムかなまちが主催、共催、協力、または運営に関与するイベント・プログラムへの参加にあたり、参加者および保護者に同意いただく事項を定めるものです。
対象となるイベントには、子ども向けイベント、保護者向けイベント、大人向けイベント、その他主催者が実施する活動を含みます。
1. 参加対象
各イベントの参加対象は、主催者がイベントごとに定める年齢、学年、条件によるものとします。未成年の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
2. 活動内容
イベント内容は、あそび、学び、体験、発表、制作、実験、交流、運動、ワークショップ、その他主催者が定める活動とします。
参加者は、主催者の案内や会場のルールに従って参加するものとします。
他の参加者を傷つける行為、迷惑行為、公序良俗に反する行為、主催者が不適切と判断する行為は認められません。
3. 安全管理
イベント中の事故や怪我について、主催者は可能な範囲で応急対応を行います。
ただし、その後の経過や責任については負いかねます。
お子さまの安全管理は、原則として保護者の責任においてお願いいたします。
イベント内容によっては、主催者が安全確保のため、参加方法の変更や参加の中止をお願いする場合があります。
4. プログラムの変更・中止
天候、災害、感染症、会場都合、講師都合、参加人数、その他運営上の事情により、イベント内容、時間、会場、進行方法を変更または中止する場合があります。
5. 写真・動画の撮影および広報利用
イベント当日の様子を、写真・動画等で撮影する場合があります。
撮影した写真・動画は、主催者または協力団体の記録、活動報告、広報、ウェブサイト、SNS、チラシ、助成金・協働事業等の報告資料に使用する場合があります。
掲載を希望されない場合は、事前に主催者までお知らせください。
参加者・保護者による撮影は、ご自身のお子さまやご家族を中心にお願いいたします。
他の参加者が映り込む可能性があるため、撮影した写真・動画をSNS等へ掲載する場合は、他の参加者が特定されないよう十分ご配慮ください。
6. メンバー登録について
イベントへの申し込みをもって、参加者および保護者は、みらいジムかなまちのメンバーとして登録されることに同意するものとします。
メンバー登録は、イベント運営、参加者への連絡、安全管理、今後の地域活動・子ども向けイベント・教育プログラム等の案内のために行うものです。
また、より安心してイベントに参加いただけるよう、イベント内容に応じて、主催者の判断により、イベント保険、レクリエーション保険、参加者向け傷害保険等の対象として手続きを行う場合があります。
その際、申し込み時に取得した氏名、住所、年齢、連絡先等の個人情報を、保険加入手続きおよび事故発生時の対応に必要な範囲で使用することがあります。
メンバー登録に伴う会費は発生しません。
7. 個人情報の取り扱い
申し込み時に取得する氏名、住所、メールアドレス、電話番号、年齢、学年、その他イベント運営に必要な情報は、以下の目的で使用します。
・イベントの運営
・参加者への連絡
・安全管理
・みらいジムかなまちメンバー名簿の作成および管理
・イベント保険、レクリエーション保険、参加者向け傷害保険等の加入手続きおよび事故発生時の対応
・今後のイベント、地域情報等に関する案内
・主催者が関与する事業や活動に関する連絡
・助成金、協働事業、活動報告等に必要な範囲での集計・関係者報告
取得した個人情報は、本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、法令に基づく場合、またはイベント運営上必要な範囲で協力団体、会場、講師、関係機関、保険会社等と共有する場合があります。
8. 参加の制限
参加者または保護者が本規約に反する行為を行った場合、または主催者が安全・円滑な運営に支障があると判断した場合、参加をお断りする場合があります。
9. その他
本規約に定めのない事項については、主催者が必要に応じて判断します。
イベントへの申し込みをもって、本規約の内容に同意したものとみなします。
Event Participation Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the matters to which participants and their parents or guardians agree when participating in events or programs organized, co-organized, supported, or otherwise operated by Mirai Gym Kanamachi.
The events covered by these Terms and Conditions include children’s events, parent/guardian events, adult events, and any other activities conducted by the organizer.
1. Eligibility
Eligibility for each event shall be based on the age, school grade, and other conditions determined by the organizer for each event.
Participation by minors requires the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Activities
Event activities may include play, learning, hands-on experiences, presentations, creative activities, experiments,交流, physical activities, workshops, and other activities determined by the organizer.
Participants shall follow the instructions of the organizer and the rules of the venue.
Acts that harm other participants, cause inconvenience, violate public order or morals, or are deemed inappropriate by the organizer are not permitted.
3. Safety Management
In the event of an accident or injury during an event, the organizer will provide first aid to the extent reasonably possible.
However, the organizer cannot be held responsible for any subsequent circumstances or outcomes.
As a general rule, parents or guardians are responsible for the safety management of their children.
Depending on the event content, the organizer may ask participants to change the way they participate or to stop participating in order to ensure safety.
4. Changes or Cancellation of Programs
Due to weather, disasters, infectious diseases, venue circumstances, instructor availability, number of participants, or other operational reasons, the organizer may change or cancel the event content, time, venue, or method of operation.
5. Photography, Video Recording, and Publicity Use
Photos and videos may be taken on the day of the event.
Photos and videos taken may be used by the organizer or cooperating organizations for records, activity reports, publicity, websites, social media, flyers, grant reports, collaborative project reports, and other related materials.
If you do not wish to be included in such photos or videos, please inform the organizer in advance.
Participants and parents/guardians are asked to take photos and videos mainly of their own children and family members.
As other participants may appear in photos or videos, please take sufficient care not to identify other participants when posting such photos or videos on social media or similar platforms.
6. Member Registration
By applying for an event, participants and their parents or guardians agree to be registered as members of Mirai Gym Kanamachi.
Member registration is conducted for the purposes of event operation, communication with participants, safety management, and providing information about future local activities, children’s events, educational programs, and related activities.
In addition, to help participants take part in events with greater peace of mind, the organizer may, depending on the event content and at its discretion, complete procedures to include participants in event insurance, recreation insurance, participant accident insurance, or similar coverage.
In such cases, personal information obtained at the time of application, such as name, address, age, and contact information, may be used to the extent necessary for insurance enrollment procedures and response in the event of an accident.
No membership fee will be charged for member registration.
7. Handling of Personal Information
Personal information obtained at the time of application, including name, address, email address, phone number, age, school grade, and other information necessary for event operation, will be used for the following purposes:
・Operation of events
・Communication with participants
・Safety management
・Creation and management of the Mirai Gym Kanamachi member list
・Enrollment procedures for event insurance, recreation insurance, participant accident insurance, or similar coverage, and response in the event of an accident
・Information about future events and local community information
・Communication regarding projects and activities involving the organizer
・Aggregation and reporting to the extent necessary for grants, collaborative projects, activity reports, and related purposes
Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the consent of the individual.
However, personal information may be shared when required by law, or to the extent necessary for event operation with cooperating organizations, venues, instructors, relevant institutions, insurance companies, or similar parties.
8. Restriction of Participation
If a participant or parent/guardian violates these Terms and Conditions, or if the organizer determines that there may be an obstacle to safe and smooth event operation, the organizer may refuse participation.
9. Other Matters
Any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by the organizer as necessary.
By applying for an event, participants and their parents or guardians are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
