Kids’ English Contest Rules (English version below)
- 参加対象
本コンテストは、主催者が定める対象年齢の子どもを対象とします。参加には保護者の同意が必要です。 - 発表内容
発表は英語によるスピーチ、歌、朗読など、主催者が認める形式とします。公序良俗に反する内容は不可とします。 - 安全管理
会場内での事故や怪我については、主催者は応急対応を行いますが、その後の責任は負いかねます。お子さまの安全管理は保護者の責任でお願いします。 - 撮影・記録
当日の様子（写真・動画等）は、主催者や協力団体の広報・記録に使用される場合があります。掲載を希望されない場合は事前にお知らせください。また、参加者による写真・動画の撮影はご自身のお子さまのみとし、他の参加者が映り込む可能性があるため、SNS等への掲載はご遠慮ください。 - 個人情報の取り扱い
申込時にいただいた情報は、本コンテストの運営および今後の主催団体が関与する事業や情報等の案内のためにのみ使用し、第三者に無断で提供することはありません。 - その他
主催者の判断により、プログラム内容や進行が変更になる場合があります。
1.Eligibility
This contest is open to children within the age range designated by the organizer. Participation requires the consent of a parent or guardian.
2.Presentation Content
Presentations may include speeches, songs, recitations, or other formats approved by the organizer, and must be in English. Content that violates public order or morals is not permitted.
3.Safety
The organizer will provide first aid in case of accidents or injuries at the venue but cannot be held responsible for any consequences thereafter. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of their children.
4.Photography and Recording
Photos and videos taken on the event day may be used by the organizer or partner organizations for publicity and record purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance. Attendees may photograph or record their own child only, and are kindly asked not to post such images or videos on social media or similar platforms, as other participants may appear in them.
5.Personal Information
Information provided at the time of application will be used only for the operation of this contest and for future notices regarding activities and events organized or supported by the host organization. It will not be shared with third parties without permission.
6.Other
The program content and schedule may be subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
